Coffee Corner E01: does website security really matter?

The first episode of my community podcast — a relaxed Discord Stage conversation about why teams keep under-investing in web security.

The debut episode of Coffee Corner (کافی کورنر), the podcast I run for my developer community. It's recorded live on a Discord Stage with an informal, coffee-in-hand feel.

What we talk about

  • The most common security weaknesses I see on real websites, drawn from bug bounty work.
  • Why so many teams treat security as an afterthought — and what that actually costs them.
  • Stories from the field: what hunting bugs on live targets teaches you about how software really gets built.
  • How someone curious about security can start, cheaply, without a lab full of gear.

Why it exists

Not everyone learns from a written writeup. A conversation — with tangents, disagreements and real anecdotes — reaches people that documentation never will. Hosting it also keeps me honest: explaining a bug to a few thousand people who have never seen one is a completely different skill from finding it.

Recorded live on Discord in Persian, with an audience Q&A.
